Alcadio Labra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Poroma FC's Francisco Miguel Pimentel got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alcadio Labra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Victorino Orihuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Chuviri players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Poroma FC were winning 1-2.

Poroma FC's Victorino Orihuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Maria Quintanilla in the 56th minute of play. Josué Nil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerardo Milan in the 61st minute of play. Angelillo Oyanedel hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Poroma FC's zone, Alcadio Labra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Orihuela came out of the goal and Alcadio Labra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Poroma FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jerardo Milan hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Jerardo Milan notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Chuviri's Josué Nil. Josué Nil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Josué Nil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Cross, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Victorino Orihuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alcadio Labra, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Francisco Miguel Pimentel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Josué Nil made a huge save.
