Juan Fernando Aldunate who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Siluna Renard when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Tito Zaldivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baraquiel Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Baraquiel Quintana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jonatan Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Fernando Aldunate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siluna Renard having to interfere. Siluna Renard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Adelsdorfer in the 30th minute of the match. Niquela FC's Siluna Renard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Adelsdorfer in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Niquela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Adelsdorfer came free, but Siluna Renard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baraquiel Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Niquela FC's goalkeeper Siluna Renard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Adelsdorfer to strike the kick off in the second half. If Matias Adelsdorfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quintén Antunovic's late challenge caught a Niquela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quintén Antunovic helped the player get up and apologised. Quintén Antunovic hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Baraquiel Quintana got free in front of the goal in the 58th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jonatan Borges was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Eloi Van Dijk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monterei FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niquela FC the free kick. After 61 minutes of play Monterei FC's Eloi Van Dijk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 62nd minute, Eloi Van Dijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Tito Zaldivar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tito Zaldivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Baraquiel Quintana came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Niquela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baraquiel Quintana couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tito Zaldivar got free with Jonatan Borges in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Fernando Aldunate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Monterei FC's Juan Pablo Scholtzl tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tito Zaldivars short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Jonatan Borges to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 91 minutes, Juan Fernando Aldunate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monterei FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Fernando Aldunate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monterei FC's Matias Adelsdorfer got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
