An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Angel Tellerias in the 13th minute of play forced Quino AFC's goalkeeper Karlos Rodenas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaiás Comas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogerio Sazie went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Reces Vaccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reces Vaccia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Isaiás Comas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Blanco Barriga hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Siluna Oyarzabal hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Ceandro Paris came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Quillota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceandro Paris couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Rogerio Sazie fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 44 minutes, Reces Vaccia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quino AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reces Vaccia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Quillota's goal looked a bit too open when Reces Vaccia came free, but Isaiás Comas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rogerio Sazie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isaiás Comas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogerio Sazie in the 53rd minute of play. Reces Vaccia struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Isaiás Comas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quino AFC. Isaiás Comas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reces Vaccia, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Reces Vaccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Quillota was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Campos to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reces Vaccia in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaiás Comas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, Quillota's goal looked a bit too open when Niguel Larenas came free, but Isaiás Comas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Siluna Oyarzabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Quillota's goal looked a bit too open when Rogerio Sazie came free, but Isaiás Comas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quino AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victoriano Chamorro was slow to take the kick. During this time Quillota's players had a chance to rest. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quillota players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Quino AFC.
