Clemente Aldunate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabián Mundaca having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Quillagua AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darío Borgoño to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes, Isaac Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quillagua AFC and the Turiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Turiza booed when Quillagua AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Quillagua AFC's Isaac Silva made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Bustillos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaac Bustillos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Diban in the 25th minute of the match. If Alfredo Diban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Silva struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Isaac Bustillos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quillagua AFC. Isaac Bustillos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Diban, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Fabián Mundaca acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Balendín Monreal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quillagua AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Quillagua AFC:s Fabián Mundaca showed great skill when he stopped Rosalio Pareja:s penalty. Quillagua AFC's Alfredo Diban got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Txomin Larreta to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Quillagua AFC's Isaac Silva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isaac Bustillos. That made the score 1-2 after 52 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Turiza's zone, Marcel Wickel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Bustillos came out of the goal and Marcel Wickel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isaac Bustillos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Silva in the 59th minute of the match. Fabián Mundaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txomin Larreta in the 63rd minute of play. Isaac Bustillos was a little too slow when Alfredo Diban got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-3. Alfredo Diban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Bustillos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Isaac Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quillagua AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Bustillos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute Txomin Larreta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabián Mundaca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabián Mundaca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txomin Larreta in the 98th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Quillagua AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
