Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Curimon's Peio Wittig started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Curimon's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro José Massú came free, but Ervigio Lindsay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Curimon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Martiarena to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Partarrieu shot from long distance in the 6th minute, but Ervigio Lindsay was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Peio Wittig struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Disvandis Higuera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curimon. Lucas Ahrens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ervigio Lindsay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Sierra in the 25th minute of play forced Pissis AFC's goalkeeper Disvandis Higuera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Curimon getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Odín Aguacero hit a great ball. When Pedro José Massú came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pissis AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro José Massú couldn't finish the play. Ervigio Lindsay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro José Massú's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Pissis AFC's Dionisio Partarrieu tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Vivanco during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robert Vivanco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disvandis Higuera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peio Wittig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro José Massú to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro José Massú in the 55th minute of play forced Curimon's goalkeeper Ervigio Lindsay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Jonathan Sierra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Jonathan Sierra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jonathan Sierra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Disvandis Higuera having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Curimon's Peio Wittig dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Pissis AFC's Pedro José Massú got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Pedro José Massú hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute Peio Wittig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Disvandis Higuera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Martiarena's late challenge caught a Pissis AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Martiarena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Robert Martiarena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Ahrens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Curimon's zone, Lucas Ahrens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ervigio Lindsay came out of the goal and Lucas Ahrens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Curimon:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pissis AFC:s goal. Baldomero Araoz hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Jonathan Sierra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Disvandis Higuera. Jonathan Sierra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After 96 played minutes Curimon got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Unda.
