Romeo Abeliuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Mouat, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Eladio Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esequiel Hetz in the 4th minute of play. Romeo Abeliuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Mouat in the 10th minute of the match. If Nafarroa Jaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Casuto FC booed when Colton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Valdovinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Abeliuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Mouat's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Pío Jodar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eladio Nogueira having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roland Mouat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Adelio Camacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nafarroa Jaime in the 55th minute of play forced Casuto FC's goalkeeper Romeo Abeliuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nafarroa Jaime came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Colton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nafarroa Jaime couldn't finish the play. If Nafarroa Jaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pío Jodar during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute Nafarroa Jaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Abeliuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelio Camacho might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eladio Nogueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adelio Camacho ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nafarroa Jaime in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romeo Abeliuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nafarroa Jaime in the 80th minute of play forced Casuto FC's goalkeeper Romeo Abeliuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Colton FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Valdovinos. Casuto FC's Adelio Camacho got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eladio Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Adelio Camacho sent off a good shot on target. When Esequiel Hetz came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Casuto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esequiel Hetz couldn't finish the play. If Esequiel Hetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
