In the 15th minute, Eusebio Aiach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cullani AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 22 minutes in the game, Eusebio Aiach fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Osvaldo Lurquín having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cullani AFC's Samuel Orsterhont got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ireno Anthony received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bateas FC reached it. After having played for 37 minutes, Teodosio Urbistondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bateas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodosio Urbistondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltazar Folch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebio Aiach received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldo Lurquín came out and tried to block the shot, but Eusebio Aiach slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebio Aiach was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Bateas FC booed when Cullani AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Scapini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ireno Anthony fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Atenas having to interfere. Ireno Anthony's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basilio Atenas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Cullani AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Celestino Mac Kenna hit a great ball.
