Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aoni AFC's Niceto Fuentes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Aoni AFC's Casimír Porter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alberto Felip narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Anastasio Ustariz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Gerbella, 1-0. Reto's Alberto Felip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Fuentes in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Casimír Porter notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Reto's Alberto Felip. Alberto Felip was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th match minute, Aoni AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Granados to maneuver through the defense. If Román Retana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Aoni AFC's Ignacio Felis got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Severiano Buchanan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Buchanan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Abel Gerbella made a huge save. Anastasio Ustariz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Abel Gerbella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Aoni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Felis. Ferrán Deramond charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferrán Deramond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, one of Reto:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reto. Wilson Serrano walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 47 minutes into the game, Casimír Porter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Alberto Felip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Anastasio Ustariz made the kick off in the second half. When Osvaldo Granados came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Aoni AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Granados couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Casimír Porter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aoni AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Aoni AFC's zone, Severiano Buchanan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Gerbella came out of the goal and Severiano Buchanan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Román Retana's late challenge caught a Aoni AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Román Retana helped the player get up and apologised. After 68 played minutes Reto got a freekick which was hit by Román Retana. 70 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Granados was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aoni AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reto the free kick. Abel Gerbella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Buchanan's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Buchanan in the 77th minute of play forced Aoni AFC's goalkeeper Abel Gerbella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reto's Alberto Felip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Fuentes in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Anastasio Ustariz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Gerbella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Ustariz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severiano Buchanan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Aoni AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
