Victoria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ofelio Lanchares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aldana AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Gómez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aldo Martínez Lamas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Pol Salin made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulgencio Renner to make the kick off. Ofelio Lanchares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Raimundo Gómez made a huge save. The supporters of Victoria FC booed when Aldana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viviano Bühler didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Juanjo Jarpa came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Victoria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juanjo Jarpa couldn't finish the play.
