Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatán Rengifo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Restat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abelardo Restat didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Anocalani's Mannuel Marín shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Abelardo Restat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Marín in the 47th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Anocalani's Ernesto Daniel Bunster got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Bafalluy was the one to do the kick off. Xavi Fenieux kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Machuca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mannuel Marín came free, but Abelardo Restat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manuel Carte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Damario Oteiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Bafalluy in the 81st minute of play forced Anocalani's goalkeeper Damario Oteiza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Machuca FC's Abelardo Restat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Machuca FC from getting a goal against them. Tomás Bafalluy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damario Oteiza having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Machuca FC got a freekick which was hit by Karlos Duguid. Manu Borda got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute, Manu Borda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Paulín García shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abelardo Restat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonatán Rengifo came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abelardo Restat could save by the left post. If Pedro Manuel Carte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Anocalani had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
