Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Quincanque AFC's Eleazar Basaure started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mejillones FC's Geofredo Falleto got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quincanque AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lino Bertiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Elazar Mac Lean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Bertiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adán Hermosilla during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Mejillones FC got a freekick which was hit by Adán Hermosilla. Lino Bertiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elazar Mac Lean having to interfere. Eleazar Basaure received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Milián Acle came out and tried to block the shot, but Eleazar Basaure slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 31st minute. Geofredo Falleto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Elazar Mac Lean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rafa Salas fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quincanque AFC's protests and gave Rafa Salas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mejillones FC booed when Quincanque AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Salas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafa Salas was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Rafa Salas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geofredo Falleto in the 39th minute of play forced Quincanque AFC's goalkeeper Elazar Mac Lean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elazar Mac Lean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geofredo Falleto, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Elazar Mac Lean came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Mejillones FC's Geofredo Falleto. But to his dismay, Geofredo Falleto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 48th minute Maurilio Camara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elazar Mac Lean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Bertiz to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Quincanque AFC's Celedonio Pulgar made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milián Acle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Piedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milián Acle having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Geofredo Falleto could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Elazar Mac Lean however easily saved by the left post. Geofredo Falleto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Elazar Mac Lean skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Maurilio Camaras short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Elazar Mac Lean to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Milián Acle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Piedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Quincanque AFC's Elazar Mac Lean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Bertiz in the 78th minute of play. Elazar Mac Lean made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Geofredo Falleto sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Quincanque AFC's Rodolfo Piedra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Milián Acle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Milián Acle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Piedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Quincanque AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
