After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Elias Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ancollo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Abel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salomone Poveda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Baracaldo in the 45th minute of play forced Ancollo FC's goalkeeper Marcos Francisco Carrasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Camar AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ancollo FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Baracaldo made a kick off. Elias Abel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Salomone Poveda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elias Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomone Poveda having to interfere. The supporters of Camar AFC booed when Ancollo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. León Vilu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Abel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salomone Poveda having to make a save. With 89 minutes on the clock, Xaiver Gajardo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Camar AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Ancollo FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Toni Madsen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Camar AFC's Salomone Poveda. 0-3. If Nestor Brotfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Francisco Carrasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurín Aulestia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Ancollo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Camar AFC throughout the match.
