An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Millas in the 3rd minute of play forced Maiquillahue's goalkeeper Ramiro Spöerer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madeo Anatibia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ursino Taibo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Gregorio Friederichs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ursino Taibo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Madeo Anatibia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madeo Anatibia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 20 played minutes Quinamavida FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Reccius. A collision led to Quinamavida FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jeronimo Reccius hit a great ball. Madeo Anatibia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Friederichs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Spöerer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Manu Azaola. Quinamavida FC's Madeo Anatibia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Taibo in the 37th minute of play. Ursino Taibo scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Madeo Anatibia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeronimo Reccius charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeronimo Reccius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Quinamavida FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ursino Taibo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ursino Taibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Madeo Anatibia having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Friederichs got free with Madeo Anatibia in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 57 played minutes Quinamavida FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Celedón. Quinamavida FC's Madeo Anatibia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Quinamavida FC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rdth minute of the game Juan Estevan Oyarce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maiquillahue's Ramiro Spöerer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Maiquillahue's Gregorio Friederichs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Madeo Anatibia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Axel Millas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quinamavida FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Gregorio Friederichs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ramiro Spöerer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Estevan Oyarce in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Axel Millas notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Maiquillahue's Ramiro Spöerer. Ramiro Spöerer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Quinamavida FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Maiquillahue's performance. The match ended with a win for Maiquillahue.
