Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manuel Antonio Christie started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute César Arostegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Allende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tabuco booed when Coihueco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Ramon Fuentealba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Allende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Gaymer, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Tabuco got a corner. Coihueco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnau Balladares ran over to the corner to take the kick. 20 minutes into the match, Coihueco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Gaymer came free, but Fabricio Allende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albin Gaymer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fabricio Allende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When César Arostegui came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Tabuco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Arostegui couldn't finish the play. Higinio Pastene's late challenge caught a Tabuco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Pastene helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Coihueco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Pastene to maneuver through the defense. Jose Ramon Fuentealba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureo Quilapan having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tabuco's goalkeeper Aureo Quilapan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that César Arostegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabricio Allende was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Manuel Antonio Christie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aureo Quilapan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for César Arostegui to strike the kick off in the second half. Manuel Antonio Christie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureo Quilapan having to interfere. Tabuco's Albin Gaymer got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Ramon Fuentealba in the 60th minute of play forced Tabuco's goalkeeper Aureo Quilapan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Ramon Fuentealba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureo Quilapan having to interfere. César Arostegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Antonio Christie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aureo Quilapan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Tabuco's Aureo Quilapan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Antonio Christie in the 75th minute of play. Fabricio Allende didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Albin Gaymer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Coihueco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Coihueco FC's Fabricio Allende got control of the ball when Albin Gaymer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jose Ramon Fuentealba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 played minutes Tabuco got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Silva. After 97 minutes, Ambrosio Ruffat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabuco and the Coihueco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tabuco getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Ambrosio Ruffat hit a great ball. The Coihueco FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tabuco's performance. The match ended with a win for Tabuco.
