Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Esteban Rossel started the match with the kick off. Candido Cavareda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Eduardo Marcó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes, Elear Varletta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buchupureo and the Catalina players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Buchupureo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elear Varletta to maneuver through the defense. Catalina's Justo Ross couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Buchupureo. 17 minutes into the match, Esteban Rossel notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Buchupureo's Candido Cavareda. Candido Cavareda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Justo Ross hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Albin Scheuermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Campo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match Daniel Backhouse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candido Cavareda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Buchupureo's Saturnín Cabrera got a free kick in the 27th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Catalina's Justo Ross tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Esteban Rossel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Candido Cavareda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elear Varletta hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Luis Eduardo Marcó came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Catalina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Eduardo Marcó couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Esteban Rossel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Cavareda was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albin Scheuermann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicanor Millas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Buchupureo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Guido Campo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Millas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Nicanor Millas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Catalina defense, Albin Scheuermann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guido Campo. The Catalina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guido Campo should have stopped the shot. Luis Eduardo Marcó received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Candido Cavareda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Catalina's zone, Nicanor Millas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Campo came out of the goal and Nicanor Millas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Catalina's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Millas came free, but Guido Campo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 played minutes Buchupureo got a freekick which was hit by Elear Varletta. Justo Ross was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luis Eduardo Marcó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Cavareda having to interfere. Buchupureo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
