Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Caupolicán Zelada took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Caupolicán Zelada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cochamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Caupolicán Zelada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodosio Puyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caupolicán Zelada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caburgua FC's Teodosio Puyo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Caburgua FC from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the match, Caburgua FC's goalkeeper Teodosio Puyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caupolicán Zelada. Cochamo's Alvino Larraín got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Caburgua FC booed when Cochamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Marti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enmanuel Larenas during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Alcázar to make the kick off. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Caburgua FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
