The audience was convinced that Mercé Guamanga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorio Vega was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Aytuy FC's Mario Jesus Gredig got control of the ball when Loreno Baros tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Aytuy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elear Bascur came free, but Mario Jesus Gredig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Verdugo in the 46th minute of play forced Tiuquilemu's goalkeeper Honorio Vega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Tiuquilemu's goal looked a bit too open when Mercé Guamanga came free, but Honorio Vega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aureliano Verdugo to strike the kick off in the second half. Elear Bascur scored 2-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Jesus Gredig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Jesus Gredig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreno Baros in the 62nd minute of the match. Mario Jesus Gredig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loreno Baros in the 63rd minute of play. Loreno Baros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mario Jesus Gredig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Aytuy FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jaime Garcés's late challenge caught a Tiuquilemu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Garcés helped the player get up and apologised. Jaime Garcés kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jaime Garcés got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 76 played minutes Aytuy FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Garcés. If Elear Bascur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Loreno Baros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Jesus Gredig was relentless in the 81st minute of the game.
