Regino Sierralta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Algorta's zone, Leonel Cabero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaume Trivelli came out of the goal and Leonel Cabero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Algorta defense, Alexis Darrigrande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaume Trivelli. The Algorta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaume Trivelli should have stopped the shot. Damián Facuse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Regino Sierralta in the 46th minute. Algorta's Gaspar Almonacid got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Almonacid to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Algorta's Regino Sierralta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damián Facuse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaspar Almonacid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damián Facuse having to interfere. Pío Dutards short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Jaume Trivelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Regino Sierralta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Regino Sierralta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algorta's supporters rose to their feet, but Regino Sierralta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damián Facuse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damián Facuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Almonacid in the 95th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Regino Sierralta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algorta's supporters rose to their feet, but Regino Sierralta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damián Facuse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bocatoma had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
