Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Maitenrehue's Ervigio Rencoret started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enzo Seriches short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Carlos Gustavo Beltrán to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Maitenrehue booed when Penita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloi Puyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilson Azúa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastián Dietsch went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 15 minutes in the game, Enzo Seriche fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Carlos Gustavo Beltrán having to interfere. Carlos Gustavo Beltrán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ervigio Rencoret, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maitenrehue's zone, Patxi Wood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Azúa came out of the goal and Patxi Wood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Pierre Queirolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Sebastián Dietsch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penita AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastián Dietsch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Azúa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Maitenrehue getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Manuelo Rivera hit a great ball. Patxi Wood blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Azúa having to make a save. Sebastián Dietsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Wilson Azúa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patxi Wood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Azúa having to interfere. Manuelo Rivera charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuelo Rivera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute, Manuelo Rivera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Penita AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ervigio Rencoret came free, but Carlos Gustavo Beltrán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastián Dietsch to make the kick off. Sebastián Dietsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Wilson Azúa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batista Reina in the 58th minute of play forced Maitenrehue's goalkeeper Wilson Azúa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastián Dietsch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Dietsch in the 62nd minute of play forced Maitenrehue's goalkeeper Wilson Azúa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes in the game, Patxi Wood fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wilson Azúa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Penita AFC's zone, Ervigio Rencoret stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Gustavo Beltrán came out of the goal and Ervigio Rencoret tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ervigio Rencoret scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Gustavo Beltrán, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute, Batista Reina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enzo Seriche struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Carlos Gustavo Beltrán didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maitenrehue. The supporters of Maitenrehue booed when Penita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duardo Amthauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Maluk's late challenge caught a Penita AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anastasio Maluk helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Maitenrehue got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Maluk. If Sebastián Dietsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Maitenrehue's Wilson Azúa got control of the ball when Patxi Wood tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maitenrehue's Wilson Azúa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Maitenrehue from getting a goal against them. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
