Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lázaro Kilpatrick took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Tomás Lara in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdul Bastidas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Andrés Ardizzoni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentín Albert's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Felipe Dietsch's late challenge caught a Chulchui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Kilpatrick in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrés Ardizzoni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Anastasio Faivovich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrés Ardizzoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentín Albert, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Andrés Ardizzoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Kilpatrick in the 26th minute of play. Abdul Bastidas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Faivovich in the 34th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, one of Chulchui:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chulchui. The referee gave Chintaguay a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Severo Rakela, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chulchui's Andrés Ardizzoni. 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anastasio Faivovich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Anastasio Faivovich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
