Mocha AFC's Victor Fornes got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Pilicura FC booed when Mocha AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Meza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Pilicura FC defense, Prudentio Soza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariano Escribar. The Pilicura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariano Escribar should have stopped the shot. Ariano Escribar came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Mocha AFC's Prudentio Soza. But to his dismay, Prudentio Soza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 20th minute, Erik Semell fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Casimiro Boonen, passed just outside the right post. A hard shot by Eleuterio Villamar from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Casimiro Boonen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Prudentio Soza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prudentio Soza's late challenge caught a Pilicura FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudentio Soza helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pilicura FC booed when Mocha AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudentio Soza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prudentio Soza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariano Escribar having to interfere. The supporters of Mocha AFC booed when Pilicura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Pinochet didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Balendín Fantini to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ruesga Wirth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Boonen. Mocha AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruesga Wirth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudentio Soza in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariano Escribar saved Pilicura FC from getting behind. Prudentio Soza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ruesga Wirth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pilicura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruesga Wirth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Boonen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Pilicura FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Juan Alberto Moscoso hit a great ball. Prudentio Soza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariano Escribar having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pilicura FC's Nicodemo Hetz got a free kick in the 91st minute. Victor Fornes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ariano Escribar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mocha AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
