When Rigoberto Puga fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapiche's protests and gave Rigoberto Puga a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Panquilco FC booed when Tapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Puga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleazar Rondanelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Madeo Gana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuelo Marín fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Lisboa having to interfere. Eleazar Rondanelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Madeo Gana having to interfere. Madeo Gana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleazar Rondanelli in the 48th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eleazar Rondanelli to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Luis Javier Escuti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Madeo Gana was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Eleazar Rondanelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Madeo Gana having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Luis Javier Escuti made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tapiche's Madeo Gana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceferino Lisboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remicio Ruffat in the 70th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tapiche's Manuelo Marín slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ceferino Lisboa. That made the score 2-2 after 77 minutes of play. Eleazar Rondanelli struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Madeo Gana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panquilco FC. In the 82nd minute Luis Javier Escuti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Madeo Gana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleazar Rondanelli in the 87th minute of play forced Tapiche's goalkeeper Madeo Gana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Tapiche got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Bobadilla. After a defensive mix-up in Panquilco FC's zone, Manuelo Marín stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Lisboa came out of the goal and Manuelo Marín tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Tapiche players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Panquilco FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
