Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sansón Perales got the match started through his kick off. Manuelo Marín's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidel Aedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Nacho Mascaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sansón Perales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuelo Marín recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manuelo Marín came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Tapiche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuelo Marín couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Naltagua AFC's zone, Rigoberto Puga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Aedo came out of the goal and Rigoberto Puga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Puga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fidel Aedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Aiach kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Manuelo Marín shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Aedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Bobadilla's late challenge caught a Naltagua AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bonifacio Bobadilla helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Naltagua AFC booed when Tapiche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Bobadilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th match minute, Tapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Bobadilla to maneuver through the defense. Sansón Perales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuelo Marín to make the kick off. Fidel Aedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuelo Marín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Francisco Antonio Lefebre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Aedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Puga, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Sansón Perales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapiche's Madeo Gana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tapiche's goalkeeper Madeo Gana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manuelo Marín received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fidel Aedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tapiche getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bonifacio Bobadilla hit a great ball. Nacho Mascaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Madeo Gana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naltagua AFC were furious when Juan Manuel Carneiro was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 95 minutes into the game, one of Naltagua AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tapiche were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Naltagua AFC for a fine match.
