Chagaray's Rexino Echavarría proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Chagaray from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute, Pachica's Paco Monasterio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Paco Monasterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rexino Echavarría having to make a save. In the 14th minute Paco Monasterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rexino Echavarría saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Paco Monasterio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romeo Vicuña's late challenge caught a Chagaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Vicuña helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pachica's Romeo Vicuña got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Omar Pantaleon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pachica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chagaray the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Pachica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Pantaleon to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ysidro Ferrari in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rainerio Ordaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Omar Pantaleon kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Ysidro Ferrari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roger Maquieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ysidro Ferrari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rainerio Ordaz having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Roger Maquieira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pachica's Rainerio Ordaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romeo Vicuña was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Chagaray booed when Pachica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Vicuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pachica's Xaiver Taylor got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xaiver Taylor to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Pachica got a corner. Chagaray's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Barrueto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pachica's Edgar Barrueto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rexino Echavarría in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rainerio Ordaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ysidro Ferrari went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Xaiver Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 minutes, Jaume Carrera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chagaray and the Pachica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Chagaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaume Carrera to maneuver through the defense. In the 64thth minute of the game Xaiver Taylor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chagaray's Rexino Echavarría was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xaiver Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 75 in the game by Ysidro Ferrari from a close distance when the talented Rainerio Ordaz managed to make a qualified save. Pachica's players were relieved. After 75 played minutes Pachica got a freekick which was hit by Omar Pantaleon. After 79 minutes of play, Pachica's Paco Monasterio made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rexino Echavarría was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xaiver Taylor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rexino Echavarría having to interfere. Xaiver Taylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Rexino Echavarría tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Nacho Fariña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rexino Echavarría saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Xaiver Taylor came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Pachica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xaiver Taylor couldn't finish the play. Rainerio Ordaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ysidro Ferrari went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Chagaray's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
