Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Alonso Ovalle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulino Vila was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Guampulla FC's zone, Nicodemo Barria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Vila came out of the goal and Nicodemo Barria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alonso Ovalle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidelio Penschke kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guampulla FC's zone, Alonso Ovalle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Vila came out of the goal and Alonso Ovalle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arcadio Covarrubias was a little too slow when Eleuterio Rosende got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Alonso Ovalle might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Vila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alonso Ovalle ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulino Vila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Simpson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Vila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodemo Barria in the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Traitraico's Arcadio Covarrubias got control of the ball when Romelio Longa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Rosende during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Eleuterio Rosende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alonso Ovalle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Vila having to interfere. If Nicodemo Barria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eleuterio Rosende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arcadio Covarrubias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Arcadio Covarrubias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Rosende in the 88th minute of play. Arcadio Covarrubias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Rosende went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 93 played minutes Guampulla FC got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Rosende. Many of Traitraico's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Traitraico may have spent more time on the ball, but Guampulla FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
