If Alesandro Carcamo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Lamb in the 18th minute of play forced Goodfellas's goalkeeper Cornelio Grajales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reyes Menares struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cornelio Grajales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toco. Cornelio Grajales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reyes Menares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamín Corbalán was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. After 35 minutes, Jeremías Ahues made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Toco's Paulo Cuadra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Eduardo Infantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goodfellas the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Eduardo Infantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulises Hagedorn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Cuadra having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernán Serre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Goodfellas getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Genaro Bazan hit a great ball. Reinaldo Pumaraboli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Paulo Cuadra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Pumaraboli in the 60th minute of play forced Toco's goalkeeper Paulo Cuadra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaldo Pumaraboli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Cuadra having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Eder Noriega made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Grajales. Goodfellas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Reyes Menares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Goodfellas's Cornelio Grajales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Goodfellas from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Goodfellas's Alesandro Carcamo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Fernán Serre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
