After 2 played minutes La Orden Negra got a freekick which was hit by Esequiel Brown. Abner Aranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miliano Painemal in the 4th minute of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Putani FC's goalkeeper Topocho Lois, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Remi Aramayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abner Aranda. La Orden Negra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remi Aramayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Topocho Lois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eufemio Izammit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abner Aranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miliano Painemal, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Roy Neculñir kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Abner Aranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remi Aramayo in the 26th minute of play. When Roy Neculñir fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putani FC's protests and gave Roy Neculñir a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Putani FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Roy Neculñir hit a great ball. Eufemio Izammit struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Topocho Lois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Orden Negra. 36 minutes into the game, Roy Neculñir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Abner Aranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Putani FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eufemio Izammit to strike the kick off in the second half. Adrián Videla charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrián Videla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Adrián Videla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remi Aramayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Abner Aranda made a huge save. After a rather tough play, La Orden Negra's Adam Mac Donald got a free kick in the 56th minute. Remi Aramayo scored 0-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abner Aranda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Roy Neculñir took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Abner Aranda to make any attempt to save it. Eufemio Izammit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Topocho Lois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Roy Neculñir got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 74th minute Remi Aramayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abner Aranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Topocho Lois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eufemio Izammit in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, La Orden Negra's goalkeeper Abner Aranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remi Aramayo. Tobías Raab took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Topocho Lois. Topocho Lois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Eufemio Izammit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Topocho Lois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Painemal in the 95th minute of play forced La Orden Negra's goalkeeper Abner Aranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Putani FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
