Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Baudelio Fassnacht kicked off to start the match. Maurino Trouve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arnoldo Alvear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristóbal Ortuguren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miren Covarrubias. Algarrobo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arnoldo Bonilla hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Alvear made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurino Trouve in the 32nd minute of play. Abundio Catoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Miren Covarrubias made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Arnoldo Bonilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Baudelio Fassnacht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baudelio Fassnacht recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Tobías Lara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miren Covarrubias was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Maurino Trouve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Alvear having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurino Trouve was the one to do the kick off. Arnoldo Alvear took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurino Trouve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Abundio Catoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miren Covarrubias. Algarrobo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abundio Catoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Mogote's Tobías Lara got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Tobías Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baudelio Fassnacht might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miren Covarrubias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baudelio Fassnacht ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the match, Mogote's goalkeeper Arnoldo Alvear had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Hermida. Baudelio Fassnacht took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miren Covarrubias. Miren Covarrubias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Baudelio Fassnacht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Maurino Trouve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Algarrobo got a freekick which was hit by Duardo Verdugo. When the referee ended the match the Mogote players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
