Gonzalo Guerola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Darien Puga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Cumuy's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez came free, but Darien Puga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Toculla AFC's Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Cumuy's Regino Bahamondes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Malbec was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Toculla AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bartolomé Peñafiel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cumuy's Podador Gamboa got a free kick in the 24th minute. Enric Eguiluz succeeded in the game's 25th minute to get real power on a long shot . Cumuy's Darien Puga hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-1! Darien Puga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Toculla AFC's Emilio Felipe Villamayor got a free kick in the 39th minute. Darien Puga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gonzalo Guerola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 42 minute of play.

The wind increased when Regino Bahamondes made the kick off in the second half. Alonso Calquín fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Malbec having to interfere. If Juan Carlos Elizalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toculla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darien Puga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Regino Bahamondes in the 69th minute of play forced Toculla AFC's goalkeeper Paulo Malbec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Toculla AFC booed when Cumuy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Carlos Elizalde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Darien Puga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Cristóbal Jeldrez ran back to his position shaking his head. Regino Bahamondes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Malbec having to interfere. Toculla AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cumuy for a fine match.
