Bernardo Ciceron started the match with the kick off. Dionisio Huneeus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Ciceron in the 3rd minute of play. Bernardo Ciceron scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Huneeus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lorenzo Barrueto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dionisio Huneeus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Ciceron in the 12th minute of play forced Lanceros FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Huneeus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Bayron Solis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Huneeus. Lanceros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bayron Solis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Eduardo Paskal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Huneeus having to interfere. In the 18th minute Eduardo Paskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Huneeus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Bayron Solis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holmes FC and the Lanceros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Holmes FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bayron Solis hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Lanceros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Ciceron came free, but Dionisio Huneeus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Israel Villarreal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lanceros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Villarreal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Bayron Solis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Huneeus was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Keno Mena during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 36 played minutes Holmes FC got a freekick which was hit by Keno Mena. Dionisio Huneeus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Ciceron in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Israel Villarreal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanceros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 46 played minutes Lanceros FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Villarreal.

The wind increased when Salbatore Gilberto made the kick off in the second half. Lanceros FC's Dionisio Huneeus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Lanceros FC from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Huneeus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayron Solis, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Dionisio Huneeus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holmes FC. Bayron Solis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Huneeus having to interfere. Bernardo Ciceron who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Dionisio Huneeus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Danitz during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lanceros FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Marcel Danitz hit a great ball. The Lanceros FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Holmes FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
