Paco Amiot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Quitral having to make a save. If Serafín Canavesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Marquirave AFC's zone, Roland Vidaurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Quitral came out of the goal and Roland Vidaurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Paco Amiot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Quitral. Marquirave AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paco Amiot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Anselmo Quitral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Amiot in the 23rd minute of the match. Brian Lagarrigue charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Lagarrigue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Brian Lagarrigue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aitor Fuica's late challenge caught a Pucapucone FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aitor Fuica helped the player get up and apologised. Aitor Fuica kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Marquirave AFC's Aitor Fuica got his second yellow card of the match in the 32nd minute. The referee ordered Aitor Fuica off the ground. In the 33rd match minute, Marquirave AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aitor Fuica to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute Pucapucone FC were awarded a corner. Ramón Valdebenito went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paco Amiot in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Quitral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 44 minutes, Paco Amiot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pucapucone FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paco Amiot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Roca got free with Clemencín Olivar in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Roca made a kick off. Paco Amiot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Reynaldo Aguila kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anselmo Quitral. That made the score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. The supporters of Pucapucone FC booed when Marquirave AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentino Schiller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Vidaurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Anselmo Quitral made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafín Canavesio during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gerardo Roca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemencín Olivar having to interfere. Roland Vidaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Anselmo Quitral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paco Amiot in the 86th minute of play forced Marquirave AFC's goalkeeper Anselmo Quitral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Quitral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Amiot in the 93rd minute of the match. Roland Vidaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Quitral having to interfere. The Marquirave AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pucapucone FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
