Victorino Peake who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Patricio Toledo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cabildo FC's Patricio Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Cabildo FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Victorino Peake put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Patricio Toledo. Serbülent Baysan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. But to his dismay, Victorino Peake quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 95 minutes into the game, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Eufemio Ehijo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patricio Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2.
