Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Enmanuel Escerza made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute of the match, Yu Chen Cheng got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rambo Ramírez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Torreoncito were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Colo-Colo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Ying Yong took the corner. After taking down the ball on Torreoncito's corner Wang Ying Yong fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rambo Ramírez quite easily take care of the ball. Rambo Ramírez made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Yu Chen Cheng sent off a good shot on target. Torreoncito were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Colo-Colo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Ying Yong took the corner. The corner led Torreoncito's Wang Ying Yong to fire away a dangerous shot which Rambo Ramírez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Enmanuel Escerza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enmanuel Escerza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rambo Ramírez came out and tried to block the shot, but Enmanuel Escerza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Rubén Martínez notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Torreoncito's Qi Guo Yue. Qi Guo Yue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Adolf Uchiha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colo-Colo's Rubén Martínez got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubén Martínez in the 35th minute of play forced Torreoncito's goalkeeper Qi Guo Yue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colo-Colo's Rambo Ramírez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enmanuel Escerza in the 38th minute of play. Qi Guo Yue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Droguett, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rubén Martínez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rubén Martínez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Qi Guo Yue made a huge save. If Rubén Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torreoncito made a substitution. Pedro Olguín replaced Enmanuel Escerza. In the 62nd minute, Faustão Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rubén Martínez took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Qi Guo Yue. Qi Guo Yue dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Olguín in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rambo Ramírez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Olguín in the 75th minute of play forced Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Rambo Ramírez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colo-Colo's Carlitos Caszely was substituted for Pablo Solari. Torreoncito's Jeremías Basabilvaso was substituted for Rufino Narea. Colo-Colo made a substitution. Ivo Basay replaced Rubén Martínez. Colo-Colo made a substitution. José Julio Almeida replaced Marco-Antonio Etcheverry. Torreoncito were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Colo-Colo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wang Ying Yong took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Wang Ying Yong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rambo Ramírez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 90th minute, Colo-Colo's Ivo Basay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Qi Guo Yue. Qi Guo Yue yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The long shot by Avram Chițac in the 94th minute really tested Qi Guo Yue's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
