Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dida Fernandes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Róbson de Godoi got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Enrique Fantini handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Erik Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Carlinhos Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Itahy's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson de Godoi came free, but Enrique Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Itahy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Paes to maneuver through the defense. Erik Saldanha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 14th playminute. In the 20th match minute, Atauba EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Róbson de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbson de Godoi in the 25th minute of the match. Percy Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Enrique Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Erik Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, Itahy's goal looked a bit too open when Percy Salgado came free, but Enrique Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Róbson de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percy Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Itahy's Luiz Guilherme de Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Róbson de Godoi to make the kick off. Itahy's Enrique Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson de Godoi in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Róbson de Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Roger Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbson de Godoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Fantini came out and tried to block the shot, but Róbson de Godoi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Itahy's Luiz Guilherme de Amorim got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinícius Berger during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, one of Itahy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Itahy. After 72 minutes Itahy's goalkeeper Enrique Fantini managed, with a little bit of luck, save Cesinha da Silveira's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. After a long run with the ball, Cesinha da Silveira did a trick in the 72nd minute in front of Itahy's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-2. An impressive performance by Atauba EC's Cesinha da Silveira! After having played for 79 minutes, Róbson de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atauba EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Róbson de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Róbson de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Guilherme de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Atauba EC's Róbson de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Fantini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ademir Dante hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Itahy's Enrique Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Itahy from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
