The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivo Oliveira to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrício Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mucaja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivo Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Carneiro in the 71st minute of play. Ivo Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Erik Mesquita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mucaja. Amadeu de Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu de Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mucaja getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Amadeu de Queirós hit a great ball. Cléber Prestes, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ururai SS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
