Sebastião Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cauã Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes, Parahu's Oscar Gaúcho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cauã Moreira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Parahu reached it. Sebastião Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cauã Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Sebastião Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Canoeiros SS booed when Parahu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luiz Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião Ferreira in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Moreira saved Canoeiros SS from getting behind. If Ronaldo Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canoeiros SS's goalkeeper Cauã Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Róbson Bastos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, José Vítor Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parahu's supporters rose to their feet, but José Vítor Abraão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauã Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 53 minutes, Sebastião Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parahu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, one of Canoeiros SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Parahu a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Oscar Gaúcho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Canoeiros SS's Cauã Moreira. 1-0. Cauã Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Varela in the 60th minute of play. Cauã Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luiz Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 74 in the game by Ronaldo Trancoso from a close distance when the talented Enio Saraiva managed to make a qualified save. Parahu's players were relieved. Alex Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Canoeiros SS's zone, Sebastião Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauã Moreira came out of the goal and Sebastião Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião Ferreira in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Moreira saved Canoeiros SS from getting behind. Alex Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Parahu's Sílvio Luiz Varela got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sílvio Luiz Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Parahu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
