An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto Correia in the 10th minute of play forced FC frestye's goalkeeper Fellipe Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Oswaldo Maranhense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oswaldo Maranhense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Eduardo Ramalho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Eduardo Urbano came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Eduardo Ramalho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Igor Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC frestye's Fellipe Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Salgado in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute Igor Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salesopolis's Igor Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Mesquita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salesopolis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC frestye the free kick. Fellipe Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC frestye's zone, Ediberto Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fellipe Soares came out of the goal and Ediberto Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fellipe Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ediberto Correia in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Igor Salgado made the kick off in the second half. Fellipe Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute Oswaldo Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Salesopolis's Igor Salgado, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Salesopolis. A collision led to Salesopolis getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Simão Gerber hit a great ball. If Válter Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Salgado scored 1-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fellipe Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81stth minute of the game Igor Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC frestye's Fellipe Soares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oswaldo Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Luiz Eduardo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Igor Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salesopolis's Ediberto Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, FC frestye's Fellipe Soares got control of the ball when Ediberto Correia tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC frestye's Fellipe Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Salgado in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of FC frestye booed when Salesopolis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Eduardo Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Salesopolis players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
