Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hortêncio Mota got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Ediberto Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Alagoano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovani Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Geovani Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th match minute, Hauer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Leme to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fernando Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Sidney Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Hauer's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Salgado came free, but Luiz Fernando Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ediberto Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fernando Alagoano was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Hauer's zone, Ediberto Salgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovani Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Luiz Fernando Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alan Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Geovani Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Embira's Ediberto Salgado in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hauer's goalie prevented a goal. Ricardo de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fernando Alagoano acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Luís Meirelles. In the 42nd match minute, Hauer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Embira's Luís Meirelles shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Luiz Fernando Alagoano but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ediberto Salgado in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Alagoano prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ediberto Salgado to strike the kick off in the second half. Romeu Hames hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Embira were furious when Luís Meirelles was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 56 minutes into the game, one of Embira:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alan Melo had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Aníbal Ferraz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Durvalino Lara scored 0-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alan Melo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leopoldo Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 66 minutes, Benjamim Barral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Embira and the Hauer players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Embira fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Alan Melo, was totally fooled by Hauer's Aníbal Ferraz, who 67 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 91st minute, Hortêncio Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Adrianinho Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hauer's protests and gave Adrianinho Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hauer's Adrianinho Fernandes got a free kick in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hauer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
