Michel Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Emílio Aguiar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michel Silveira having to make a save. Emílio Aguiar might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michel Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emílio Aguiar ran back to his position shaking his head. Michel Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvinho Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Emílio Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Furna SC's Naldo Tavares got a free kick in the 17th minute. Pancracio Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda Meira in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Furna SC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Edgar Trancoso hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Edgar Trancoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furna SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Trancoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Emílio Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Emílio Aguiar made a precise shot to the right of Michel Silveira. Furna SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 37 minutes, Juvenal Breckenfeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furna SC and the Miliardus Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Furna SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Miliardus Futebol Clube a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emílio Aguiar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Furna SC's Michel Silveira. 0-2. In the 44th minute, Edgar Trancoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emílio Aguiar to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Furna SC's Michel Silveira got control of the ball when Adriano Brasil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match, Emílio Aguiar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Michel Silveira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adriano Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Michel Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Betinho de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Brasils short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Michel Silveira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Michel Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaká Teixeira's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Emílio Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Michel Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Miliardus Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Furna SC.
