Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Germano Leal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the match, Germano Leal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Joaquim SS's Eriberto Neiva. Eriberto Neiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cafu da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Tabys Guaraná's goalkeeper Edinho Passos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cafu da Silva. Wilian Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Edinho Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Passos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cafu da Silva in the 21st minute. Cafu da Silvas short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Edinho Passos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute, Joaquim SS's Wilian Leite ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edinho Passos. Edinho Passos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Eriberto Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Germano Leal came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Tabys Guaraná fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germano Leal couldn't finish the play. Wilian Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Serafim Vasconcelos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tabys Guaraná fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilian Leite to make the kick off. When Serafim Vasconcelos came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Tabys Guaraná fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafim Vasconcelos couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Tabys Guaraná's zone, Wilian Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edinho Passos came out of the goal and Wilian Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Tabys Guaraná's Ediberto Brasil got a free kick in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Tabys Guaraná's Serafim Vasconcelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Serafim Vasconcelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Neiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 69th minute, Wilian Leite made a precise shot to the right of Edinho Passos. Tabys Guaraná's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. If Wilian Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edinho Passos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Leite in the 79th minute of play forced Tabys Guaraná's goalkeeper Edinho Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Joaquim SS booed when Tabys Guaraná was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute Cafu da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 86 minutes, Cafu da Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joaquim SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu da Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquim SS's Eriberto Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Joaquim SS from getting a goal against them. Serafim Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafim Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tabys Guaraná players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Joaquim SS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
