Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Álvaro Varela took the kick off in the first half of the match. Raimundo da Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisão Tróia's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Raimundo da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Lopes in the 13th minute of the match. Paulão Guedes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Rodolfo Bertassi made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Luisão Tróia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimundo da Cunha was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Luiz Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alvorada's zone, Luisão Tróia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo da Cunha came out of the goal and Luisão Tróia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st match minute, Alvorada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Moreno to maneuver through the defense. Alvorada's Raimundo da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisão Tróia in the 42nd minute of play. Luisão Tróia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Paulão Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Bertassi having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horácio Lopes to strike the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Guedes in the 52nd minute of play. With his leg Raimundo da Cunha managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Mecatron FC's Luisão Tróia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Luisão Tróia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raimundo da Cunha. That made the score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play. If Luisão Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Horácio Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mecatron FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horácio Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81stth minute of the game Horácio Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvorada's Raimundo da Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Raimundo da Cunha managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Mecatron FC's Luisão Tróia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Álvaro Varela struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Rodolfo Bertassi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvorada. In the 96th minute of the match, Falcão Mendes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Raimundo da Cunha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 97 minutes into the match, Alvorada's goal looked a bit too open when Horácio Lopes came free, but Raimundo da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mecatron FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
