Virgílio Travassos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Bebeto Corrêa's late challenge caught a Jaceaba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bebeto Corrêa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, SCORPIONS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebeto Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Hermínio Breckenfeld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Carlos Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Rodrigues to strike the kick off in the second half. SCORPIONS F.C's Jarbas Branco got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, SCORPIONS F.C's Carlos Campidelis got control of the ball when Hermínio Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. Virgílio Travassos hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Leonardo Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. There was no doubt that SCORPIONS F.C were the better team. SCORPIONS F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
