Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Encano AD's Gugu Cabral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. João Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Cabral in the 5th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Gugu Cabral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barriguda's João Quadros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barriguda's João Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Tinoco in the 15th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Kauã Schmidt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Kauã Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flávio Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel da Mata having to interfere. Elano Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel da Mata having to interfere. Elano Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tiago Gabriel da Mata made a huge save. Encano AD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Kauã Schmidt scored to the left of an out of position Tiago Gabriel da Mata, making the score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kauã Schmidt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Barriguda's Alfredo Mendes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel da Mata came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barriguda reached it. Gláuber Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. João Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arí Sanches fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barriguda's protests and gave Arí Sanches a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the Encano AD defense, Elano Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Gabriel da Mata. The Encano AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Gabriel da Mata should have stopped the shot. When Encano AD's Gláuber Tinoco in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barriguda's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute Kauã Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Elano Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barriguda's supporters rose to their feet, but Elano Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Gabriel da Mata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Elano Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Barriguda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elano Garcia couldn't finish the play. Elano Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiago Gabriel da Mata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elano Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiago Gabriel da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauã Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When the referee ended the match the Barriguda players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
