Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Guga Baiano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Zebelezinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Baiano came free, but Tiaguinho Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zebelezinho SS's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Dante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Tostão Maciel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walmyr Quadros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ricardo Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Dante having to interfere. Gilmar Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Gerimatalha SC's João Augusto do Nascimento broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 26 minutes into the match, Zebelezinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Vidal came free, but Tiaguinho Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guga Baiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiaguinho Dante. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guga Baiano ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Zebelezinho SS getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gilmar Brasil hit a great ball. Ricardo Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Guga Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tostão Maciel to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zebelezinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Vidal came free, but Tiaguinho Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ricardo Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Augusto do Nascimento shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Zebelezinho SS's Tiaguinho Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Zebelezinho SS from getting a goal against them. After 66 played minutes Zebelezinho SS got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Mangueira. When Paulo José Vidal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. In the 71st minute, Paulo José Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Gerimatalha SC booed when Zebelezinho SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tostão Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tiaguinho Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Augusto Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiaguinho Dante. That made the score 1-1 in the 87 minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Zebelezinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Figueiredo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Zebelezinho SS getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Conrado Abreu hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Gerimatalha SC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
