The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 12th play minute Kauan Gaúcho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adhemar Recife. 2-0. Adhemar Recife stood somewhat misplaced when Renan Moraes came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 15 minute. Adhemar Recife made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renan Moraes in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Samuca Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Renan Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibatiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Moraes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adhemar Recife breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 24 minutes, Celso Gomes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parijos EC and the Ibatiba players grew even worse after the yellow card. The score was 4-0 after a penalty in the 25th minute, where Ibatiba:s Michel Donato tricked Parijos EC:s Adhemar Recife with a difficult ball by the left post. In the 30th minute, Romeu Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 32 minutes, Michel Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibatiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renan Moraes scored 5-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adhemar Recife, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Parijos EC's Adhemar Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Moraes in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Chicão Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Agenor Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan Moraess short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Adhemar Recife to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to Ibatiba getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Donato Moreno hit a great ball. Jonas Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Kauan Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Recife having to interfere. Parijos EC's Adhemar Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Gaúcho in the 59th minute of play. Adhemar Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chicão Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A collision led to Ibatiba getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Donato Moreno hit a great ball. A hard shot 74 in the game by Agenor Cruz from a close distance when the talented Jonas Barral managed to make a qualified save. Ibatiba's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Almeida got free with Jonas Barral in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonas Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuca Soeiro in the 77th minute of play. Adhemar Recife came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Ibatiba's Renan Moraes. But to his dismay, Renan Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Alfredo Almeida took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonas Barral. Jonas Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After 94 minutes, Alfredo Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parijos EC and the Ibatiba players grew even worse after the yellow card.
