Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aleandro Valladares took the kick off in the first half of the match. Diogo Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waldir Garcia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé Pedro de Toledo. Tomazina AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bugre SS's Romeu Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Aleandro Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Baptista in the 14th minute of play forced Bugre SS's goalkeeper Tomé Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Pedro de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeu Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Chaves during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roger Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Oswaldo Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomé Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleandro Valladares's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 48th match minute, Bugre SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Motta to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romeu Quintal made a kick off. When Romeu Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Bugre SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Quintal couldn't finish the play. The corner ended in Rubens Albuquerque almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bugre SS's Tomé Leão did a great save. Luiz Paulo Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomazina AD's Aleandro Valladares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomé Leão. That made the score 0-1 after 67 minutes of play. With a little luck, Bugre SS's Tomé Leão got control of the ball when Oswaldo Baptista tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Oswaldo Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomazina AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomé Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Romeu Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Waldir Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Tomé Leão made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Oswaldo Baptista sent off a good shot on target. Oswaldo Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Oswaldo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomé Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleandro Valladares, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Tomazina AD's Zé Pedro de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Arce in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Bugre SS booed when Tomazina AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomazina AD's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
