Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Marinho kicked off to start the match. Ademar das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Christiano Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar das Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Zé de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Félix having to interfere. Falcão Neiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Christiano Carvalho made a huge save. If Ademar das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ademar das Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christiano Carvalho was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Moisés Monteiro charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Daniel Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademar das Neves was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Daniel Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atretis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st match minute, Chorocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gildo Coelho to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Daniel Marinho lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Júlio Félix. 66 minutes into the game, Juvenal Furtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chorocho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atretis the free kick. After 66 played minutes Chorocho got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Furtado. After 69 played minutes Atretis got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Saraiva. Daniel Marinho struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Júlio Félix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atretis. The audience was convinced that Ademar das Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christiano Carvalho was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. If Ademar das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ademar das Neves in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christiano Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerson Veiga during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chorocho were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
