Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Torneiras F.C.'s Lino Viana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lino Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Koehler having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Robinho Sanches was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torneiras F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucazeiro EC the free kick. Robinho Sanches hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pucazeiro EC's Marquinhos Ceresso got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match Toninho Pereira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Koehler skillfully saved the ball. If Adalberto Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Reginaldo Breckenfeld made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Renato Dionísio. Torneiras F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Pucazeiro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Hoffmann came free, but Carlos Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Torneiras F.C.'s Robinho Sanches got a free kick in the 36th minute. Robinho Sanches hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Pucazeiro EC's Carlos Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Hoffmann in the 43rd minute of play. Lino Viana struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Carlos Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torneiras F.C.. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 58 played minutes Pucazeiro EC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Pirani. After 59 played minutes Torneiras F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Hoffmann. The nice shot from Adalberto Hoffmann in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Carlos Koehler had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Robinho Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Koehler having to interfere. Hélder Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Pucazeiro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Faria came free, but Carlos Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Reginaldo Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Viana in the 80th minute of play forced Pucazeiro EC's goalkeeper Carlos Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Renato Dionísio came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Pucazeiro EC's Vicente Severo. But to his dismay, Vicente Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Adalberto Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessandro Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pucazeiro EC had won after a very even match.
