Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cássio de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Figueiredo in the 3rd minute of play. If Vânderson Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Central FC's Cássio de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Figueiredo in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Nicolas Figueiredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio de Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 17th minute, Nicolas Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Central FC's Cássio de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vânderson Barral in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Rodagem FC's Nicolas Figueiredo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cássio de Mendonça was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cássio de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vânderson Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute of the match Rodagem FC got a corner. Central FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Paulo Freire ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Zé Paulo Freire almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Central FC's Cássio de Mendonça did a great save. After a rather tough play, Central FC's Iuri Cardozo got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 37th minute, Iuri Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the last second Rui Damião throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jairo Palmeira in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jairo Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jairo Palmeira came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Central FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Palmeira couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Palmeira was the one to do the kick off. Simão Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Cássio de Mendonça made a huge save. Cássio de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Francisco Dantas in the 54th minute of play. Luiz Guilherme Gaúcho hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Nicolas Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rodagem FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cássio de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vânderson Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolas Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Cássio de Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodagem FC. Cássio de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Vânderson Barral put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio de Mendonça. With a little luck, Central FC's Cássio de Mendonça got control of the ball when Nicolas Figueiredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rui Damião showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Vânderson Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio de Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Cássio de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Cristóvão Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Palmeira in the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Iuri Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Damião saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóvão Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristóvão Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an all-out effort, Rodagem FC's Cássio de Mendonça threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicolas Figueiredo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
