The supporters of Camelo booed when Corityba EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kauã Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Jacinto Ochagavia having to interfere. If Kauã Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Jacinto da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Sebastião Neves made the kick off in the second half. Sebastião Neves took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Augusto de Azevedo. Carlos Augusto de Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Corityba EC's Carlos Augusto de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldinho Queirós in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Camelo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Osvaldinho Queirós hit a great ball. Kauã Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Jacinto Ochagavia having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arthur Schmidt during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Camelo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Corityba EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
